1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ilara services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Description of Service

Ilara provides an AI-powered LiveOps platform for games, including but not limited to real-time event tracking, player segmentation, feature flags, and retention automation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ilara and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you submit to the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ilara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

8. Service Level Agreement

For Enterprise customers, we offer a 99.9% uptime SLA. Service credits will be provided for documented downtime exceeding this threshold. Details are available in your Enterprise agreement.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
